Riayath provides real-time tracking information to ensure transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email and will also be available in your Riayath account. Each shipment is assigned a tracking number that allows you to follow your package as it moves through the courier network. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the shipping carrier.
What you can track using your order details:
- Shipment status and delivery progress
- Estimated delivery date
- Courier handling updates
- Delivery confirmation
To track your package, log in to your Riayath account and navigate to My Orders. Select the relevant order and click on the tracking link provided. If your order contains multiple items, each item may have its own tracking number and delivery schedule.
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier system updates. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears delayed, our support team is available to assist and provide further guidance.
