Cancel an order

Canceling an order allows customers to stop a purchase before it is shipped or processed by the seller.

Riayath provides a simple and transparent cancellation process to give customers flexibility and peace of mind when shopping.

Once an order is placed, it enters a processing stage where the seller prepares the item for shipment. Orders can be canceled during this stage as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Customers can submit a cancellation request directly from their Riayath account without needing to contact the seller separately.

Important things to know before canceling an order:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Cancellation availability depends on seller processing status
  • Once shipped, the order must follow the return process instead
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

To cancel an order, log in to your Riayath account and go to My Orders. Select the order you wish to cancel and click the Cancel Order option. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation request has been approved. If the seller has already started shipping the order, the cancellation request may be declined.

Refunds for successfully canceled orders are processed according to Riayath’s refund policy. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
