Returned items must meet the return conditions, such as being unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
To start a return, log in to your Riayath account, go to My Orders, select the order, and choose the Return Item option. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided once the request is approved.
Before returning an item, please ensure:
- The item meets return eligibility requirements
- Return requests are made within the allowed timeframe
- All accessories and packaging are included
